Another a sunrise at Elliot Bench. The big red sun is literally just coming above the trees to the east. There’s a big group of kangaroos in the field behind, and in front of me is the lake with the little family of five grebes. Two adults and three kids. They’re very cautious and shy. This morning I snuck up, keeping very low, on the wall behind the lake. I managed to get quite close but they are so small, I still couldn’t see them clearly.
I had the most wonderful time here. I need to do this again. I need to do this more often. It’s good for my joy. It’s good for my health. It’s good for everything.
