Today, I’m sitting outside with a freshly baked peach tart cooling beside me. It smells delicious. There’s been photos of the peach tree with fresh new leaves and buds in spring, then the ripening fruit. tow, The peaches have been harvested, and made into baked treats, conserves and batches of stewed fruit to be frozen and pulled out over winter. It’s the full cycle, all happening in my backyard.
