There’s all kinds of birds here. They are mostly water birds, but there’s also a bird of prey, circling around above the thickest reeds. I think it’s because he knows there’s nests in the thick reeds.
I saw a new bird today. It’s very distinctive, and I can’t wait to look it’s name up. It definitely has a nest in the reeds because I saw it return home calling out and heard the babies in the nest answering.
