This is amazing. I didn’t come down to this end of the river last year when it flooded, so I haven’t seen it like this. The flood looks even more amazing at this end because the river is narrower up here. When the river burst its banks, it just completely spread. I can’t get anywhere near the Blue Wren Bench, not even within 500 meters of it. The whole area with the walking trails through the trees and the nice green grass, is all just water. It’s completely inundated.
I’m going to go down and look at the big flood markers near the bridge.
