Well, it’s official. The water level in the river has risen above the causeway and I can no longer easily cross to the other side of the river. It’s a gorgeous sunny day with air that is very, very crisp and cold. I was hoping to go down to Private Bench, but they’re mowing the lawns down by the river path, and it’s very noisy up that end.
